I'm told these  books are available at the Salt Lake History Center but not accessable online.. you have to go there to read them and I'm told it's not a bad idea to reserve them or you may find them not available when you arrive.. This was shared by one of the volunteers at the history center here in Wa.  You have to admit it's a lot cheaper than going to Sevilla Spain!  I'm also told that not just anyone can see the books in Sevilla, they are old and delicate, you have to be a professional researcher or credentialed person..
