Arturo,

Have you tried "Archivos Españoles en Red" (www.aer.es) ?
As expected, you have to register first in order to gain access.
The navigation is not very user friendly but if you try hard enough
you'll eventually learn your way around.  Of course, you can also ask us!

If you want an easier route to the passenger lists, check your library
for Peter Boyd-Bowman's "Indice geobiográfico de más de 56 mil
pobladores de la América Hispánica".  I think this book is currently
out of print but my understanding is that it has the same lists that
you'll find in the "Archivos General de Indias".
