dna testing company

I went with Gary Felix's site because they have a Mexico board that 
will keep the records for 25 years and will notify me if there are any 
match's they think are close enough, I've had two responses from 
people with ancestors from Guanajuato besides Victor's response. It's 
the family tree dna site in the messages from the past on this message 
board.

Doing the mtdna was just another step for me in putting all the pieces 
of my family history together. Now if I can just get a male member of 
my family to do the same.  They enjoy the fruits of my 5 years of 
genealogy research but balk at spending money for a test...  The rates 
seem to be within the same range regardless of where you have it done, 
a simple swab of your mouth is all it takes.
