I have a
question. I was looking for some
film numbers on the LDS library (for my great-grandmother) and they stopped at
a certain year and I needed them to go farther. Does this mean that they, the microfilms and their numbers,
haven’t been captured yet? I was
afraid that they just didn’t exist.

Transcribed to IGI
Joseph, I'm afraid that the percentage of films yet to be captured to
the IGI is quite significant, because using the batch number list in
Ranchos2 and going thru the list number by number for several
localities of my interest many of them didn't return any records.
And I mean any records, not just the ones I'm looking for.
This is an unexpected finding for me. Any comments?
Victor
