Joseph,
Thank you for locating this book. It seems to be available at only one
location in North America, the University of Florida. I took your advice
and requested the book through my university library. The automated
records indicated that it was only available "on site" at U of F. I decided
to call Gainesville, Florida anyway. A really neat Resource Manager explained
that the reason for the restriction was that the library was suffering a
manpower shortage and unable to process interlibrary loans until the
position gets filled. He asked me to call back in a month when they will be
happy to loan the book to me.
Joseph, thanks again for locating this book for me. I really appreciate
it.
