where are you Ken? Are you anywhere close to Florida? I'm wondering why
Florida has this book? Maybe a primo of yours is there somewhere.
Anyway you can try to do an ILL on this book and just hope that they
will do it. If I wanted to hedge my bet on it being successful you
might want to get a professor friend of yours from a local University
to make a special request for it. Or if you are affiliated [alumni,
friend of the library, continuing ed., adult ed, etc] with a local
University I would do the ILL request through that University rather
than through your local public library. I've heard that a University
will be more willing to do an ILL to another University if they are
resistant to doing a Public Library ILL:
