Tepechitlan Records

I need some insight. This record came up and I don't know what to make of it. Usually there is a film number associated with the film but only a batch number appears. If I go to Tepechitlan I can see that the film that should be associated with this date should be:

Bautismos 1783-1811 FHL INTL Film    444026

would anyone have any insight as to why this number didn't appear with the following record unless maybe it shouldn't be associated with it?:
