Comida

On thing I've noticed since this group was started and that is if there is ever a lack of participation all I have to do is say anything at all about Comida and watch out I'm about stampeded with people rushing to send messages.

I guess I said all that only to say that I need some content for my Nuestra Familia Unida podcast project "Comida" section. Does anyone here feel comfortable working with me to create an audio file on some aspect of Historical Mexican Food? It could be a reading from a book, it could be reading some short oral history of your family related to some food and then the recipe. It could be a talk about how the food preparation was an integral part of your families history. I think you all get my point.
