Arturo, Victor and Joseph,
On Monday and intoTuesday I will begin to transcribe the text only portion of the 1785 Colotlan document but before I get going I want to clarify what I will be doing. I will be transcribing from Spanish to Spanish not from Spanish to English at least this is what I believe is required unless I hear otherwise. I think that after transcribing from Spanish that may not be very legible to us now into more legible and comprehensible Spanish, we can then proceed to do a Spanish to English translation in the future. That would have to be done by someone better qualified than myself.
Victor and Arturo, thanks for your patience with me and with your assistance. I am very busy this weekend with my family and church and will be free to go like gangbusters on Monday.

I will proceed backwards and start transcribing your names in Excel
if you transcribe the text from your section and mine. It looks like
your names start on 115 recto. My section's names stop at 124
verso. So why don't you transcribe 111 recto through 114 verso and
then start up again on 124 verso and go through 130 verso. That way
you will have all text which you can do in Microsoft Word.
