Joseph; With enough interested parties, $100 may not be necessary. I know a family that contributes $25 each to do their family line per month. If there was a coordinated effort to line up all parties/surnames and locations then it would be possible for the searcher to do each line and make a good living. Do you agree ?  I wonder if this is a practicable suggestion. Arturo may be on to something and if it works out then a link will have been established that we all can follow. We would need to see the film documentation or it would be valueless.
I would like to hear your take on the matter as I think that this could blossom.

I'd be willing to contribute. I have a dead end in Zacatecas, Zacatecas 
I need "advice" in knowing how to get around.

let me know if you think this would buy me something and if so I'll send 
you 5 scanned records that will give you the information he will need to 
do my preliminary investigation.
