That is my mother's record.
It looks like whoever gave the information (probably my
younger brother) got the year wrong. My father was born in 1906 and we always
knew that my mother was three years older than he.

John, could this be your mother? The birth date is 1906, not
1903. You could get a copy of this certificate and see who gave the info
to the mortuary. You may recognize the name of a relative. Isn't
Lodi in San Joaquin County?
