I missed the point right here. Name the children. Are Antonio and Maria 
Guadalupe children of Hilario and Maria Concepcion above?

your husband-->MariaGuadalupe-->who was this 
person?-->Juana-->Hilario/MariaConcepcion

yeah it looks like 3rd cousins to me.
