Sorry guys, had to share this story, it's too much for me to
hold in.
I just made a new discovery today regarding my husband's direct
line ancestry. I have known for about 6 months who his GG maternal
Grandparents were, Hilario de Jauregui and Maria Concepion Olasaba who
married 12 May 1824 in Nochistlan Zac, but today I discovered that
Hilario and Ma Concepcion are also his GG paternalGrandparents.
Hilario de Jauregui and Ma Concepcion Olasaba had 7 children
that I know of so far.
I missed the point right here. Name the children. Are Antonio and Maria
Guadalupe children of Hilario and Maria Concepcion above?
so you have:
your husband-->Antonio-->who was this
person?-->Francisco-->Hilario/MariaConcepcion
your husband-->MariaGuadalupe-->who was this
person?-->Juana-->Hilario/MariaConcepcion
yeah it looks like 3rd cousins to me.
just like my grandparents were 3rd cousins

Antonio Carrillo's grandfather was Francisco de Jauregui and
Ma Guadalupe's Grandmother was Juana de Jauregui. Francisco and Juana
were brother and sister, therefore that makes Hilario de Jauregui and
Maria Concepcion Olasaba my father in-law and my mother in-law's Great
Grandparents . Does this mean my husband's parents Antonio Carrillo
Jauregui and Ma Guadalupe Olmos Avelar were third cousins? and does
this also mean that my husband is his own fourth cousin?
I can hear the sounds of the drums as the clan dances around the
camp fire to celebrate that they have been found out.
