for those of you looking in the Villanueva area. I was looking at film:
1158678 the
other day and found about 8 years worth of death records [1767-1775
about] for the hacienda de Tayagua on this mostly bautismos film. I've
seen that some are looking in Tayahua but am unsure if this is the same
place. Just FYI.

ps: Someone asked me how "we" celebrate christmas. And for the life of
me all I could think about was Tamales and later on New Years Menudo. A
meal and exchange of presents.
Does anyone know of how the people of Jalisco, Zacatecas and
Aguascalientes celebrated Christmas in earlier years?
