George Gause sent this URL he is the Head Librarian Researcher from the 
Pan American Library in Texas (Arthuro Romero might live close by. I'm 
unsure if its in El Paso or another part of Texas. If you ever go there 
Arthuro I need to ask a favor of you. I need a couple of pages out of 
their extensive library of Mexico Phone books. . .let me know)
