wow the more I look at this the more I'm intrigued. . .we could eventually
submit our DNA and possibly confirm beyond the shadow of a doubt some of
the things we're finding:

                                from the FAQ's section:

"How is this research going to benefit me in my genealogical research?

Once enough data will be collected, analyzed and correlated, findings from this research will be made available for genealogical research. Individuals interested in learning more about their family history will need to submit an inquiry and a DNA sample in the mail, regardless of their previous participation in the study (the DNA sample submitted for the database will NOT be used to answer personal questions). This new sample will be compared with the data from the database in an attempt to answer the question posed. Information about how, where and when these services will become available will be posted on this website. Research progress and updates will be posted regularly on this Web site."
