Hi all,

My name is Maria Cortez, I live in a suburb of Sacramento, CA.  I've
been doing research for about 3 years now. I think I've had contact
with some of you in the past.

I am not related to Rich Cortez. Cortez is my married name, and I
haven't done any research on that surname. Some of the surnames I'm
researching are:  Sánchez, Díaz, Soto (Sotomayor), Mora (de la Mora),
Delgadillo, Abundis(Agundis/Agundes), Castañeda, Ruíz, and more.  The
towns and ranchos I'm interested in are:  Ixtlahuacán del Río, San
Nicolás de los Abundis, Cuquío, Yahualica, and a few others.

I'm also a cousin of Steven Hernandez and I've contact with him in
the past.  He is a wealth of information in the Los Altos region.
