Diane, 
  Hi.  I just read your post and I see that your husbands name is 
Godinez.  I too, am researching my husband's family tree.  My mother-
in-law's maiden name is Godinez and she is from Jamay, Jalisco.  Her 
names is Victoria and her parents were Catarino & Margarita(Lopez) 
Godinez.  Unfortunately. I am not getting any cooperation with any 
living relatives so I have begun the search on my own.  Not having 
much luck due to the fact I don't have much information to start off 
with.   
Any help you may be able to give, would be greatly appreciated.
