Help with Questions for Podcast Series

Okay I think I will be able to go to the Hispanic Genealogy Symposium to 
record the featured speaker, George Ryskamp.
I would like the Ranchos community to give me some feed back on this:

What questions would you ask a researcher of the caliber of George 
Ryskamp? Seems that I should ask him something that would benefit those 
that have gone well beyond the beginning stages of research and are in 
the mid to advanced stages of their studies. what do you think????
any suggestions would help get my game plan together if there an 
additional opportunity presents itself for me to interview him for the
