File - Updating Genealogy Files

Hello Everyone,

Here is another friendly reminder. Since reaching near maximum capacity
in the files area I have needed to close them to new members and place
their genealogies in YahooBriefcase. I will make up a folder in this area
for them and place a link in the "links" area of the group to these folders.
As always only group members will have access to anyone's genealogies. The public will not have access. 

To prevent new members from voluntarily putting their genealogies in the files area and running us dangerously near our limit I've closed the files. They are still available for viewing by the members but additions, subtractions, and any updating needs to go through me. I'm sorry about this but it's a problem created by trying to keep this group 100% FREE to the members. If we had lots of money to blow we could purchase file space and hire an IT person to run it and just concern ourselves with Genealogy. Unfortuneately that is not the case and these limitations need to be enacted.
