First, let me apologize for possibly misspelling the name - I didn't
bother to double check - and still haven't. "La Catrina" is the calaca
figure created by the artist Jose Guadalupe Posada; a female often
depicted with a wide-brimmed hat trimmed with feathers, and wearing a
blouse and skirt. You might try to google Jose Guadalupe Posada. (Note:
please excuse missing accents - haven't memorized the rules.)
