Joseph, that mole pipian has a base of ground "pepitas" (pumpkin seeds). My husband likes that with chicken. The Dona Maria brand of Mexican sauces also makes a Mole Pipian sauce. I use those because even though I could make them from scratch, they taste just as good. I'm lazy sometimes. Don't you have a Safeway in your town that carries a Mexican food section?
