Hello Emilie,
I too have my keyboard configured for International English. As you
know, in my case Spanish is my native language and English is my second
one.
Regarding the upside down question mark (or should it be right side
up), ¿Has intentado usar la combinación de teclas "Alt" a la derecha
del la barra espaciadora y la tecla con el signo de interrogación?
