Since you made the changes I have not been able to access any files.
The option no longer shows up on the left side menu.
I believe you need to allow us download access, since technically
speaking when we view a file we are downloading it.

done this because any new members that are entering the group will

their genealogies placed in the Groups Briefcase and a link to it

in the "Links" area of the group. The remaining 20% in our files

will be used for the ongoing update and addition of new files for

that are currently listed there. IF existing members who have files

the files area need any kind of upload or modification let me know

picked the option for Moderators only to have
upload/modify/download
access. I surely didn't mean for the files not to be available for
viewing. Time will tell if this is the case (I think not).
