...Jose, the forms may be found at the link that I geve Joseph on my last post concerning this matter. I included a copy of the actual G-639 on that post. However if you missed it, I will include the link here. Just scroll down the forms sheet & locate the G-639 & download or save it to your computer. Hope this helps...

you can request that the applications our relatives filled out for US residency or Citizenship be sent to you. It is possible that if you are looking for a location in Mexico that these applications might have that information.

I know that if a person applied for US residency or citizenship or ??? that that information can be obtained by applying to the INS. I think Carol Muro did this but for the life of me I can't seem to figure out where to I put the information. Does anyone in the group have experience in getting this information? If so would you be willing to give the group a lesson in how to do it as in a step 1, 2, 3, 4, etc kind of thing???
