Nochistlan: Información matrimonial

There are no parents identified in this record.  This is a problem that has 
become a block wall for me on several lines.  For a series of years (about 
the first third of the 18th century, 1752, 1785) no parents are identified 
for any of the "pretensos" -- the bride and groom -- on the microfilmed 
records for marriages in Nochistlan.  Since the abuelos were not indentified 
in the christening records till the latter part of 1798, where do I turn 
without having to make a trip to Nochistlan to break down these walls?  So 
far I have only looked at the films of matrimonios and bautismos on loan 
from the Family History Center in SLC.

What do these films reveal? Are they also lacking the parents of the married? I realize that this might not help Charles since it appears that 1727 is missing.
