Seguí tus instrucciones al pie de la letra.  No tuve dificultad de acceso ni de lectura con los dos documentos que indicaste.  ¿Entonces, ya no tenemos el problem para almacenar documentos?

Will the above members please try to access my personal briefcase to see
if that will be a good place to store additional Files in the future.

You need to go to "Links" then to "Genealogies" then to Click on
"AntonioPuenteAnnaPlacencia
"
and then see if you can access both either one of the files in my
briefcase. If you all can then I might have found a solution to our
storage file problem. . .at least it will give us an additional 30 mb
which is more than we have now.
