Here's a very interesting document I googled about Zacatecas. It talks of the clubs in the USA called the 3x1 or formerly 2X1. In San Jose the Governor of Zacatecas came for a fundraiser two weeks ago. She was invited by the local club Zacatecano and unfortunately we could not attend as we were out of town for a convention. This is an effective method of networking for your geneaology group. The San Jose, Ca, club de Tlachichila will be holding a dance and fundraiser next month and I've been recruiting people to attend via the roots web page. I'll let you know how this goes as it goes.
