Hola Helyn
It must be nice living in California, I live in El Paso, Tx. lots of sun, great food, music, culture and friendly people. I am also hooked on the novelas and I watch four a day.
I wonder, what computer program are you using for your genealogy? I have been very pleased with Family Tree Maker, I started with version 8 upgraded to 10 and I just found version 12 at SAMS Club for 40 dollars.
I am also searching for other lines and that demands good record keeping and organization. I happen to have a partner in crime and that makes it more fun for both of us. We also belong to the El Paso Genealogy Society. I help in my own way by reading Smeltertown Cemetery records which will be put on the Tex Gen Web Cemetery Project. Today my cousin Margaret and I were at the Cemetery with my trusted Digital Camera. Talk about Old West Cemetery, dusty, rocky and very third world. It is very rewarding to be among our ancestors in this historic place and giving them their place in our local history. These pictures will also be on the internet for their families to view from anywhere in the world.
The also ordered a film in search of a connection to Albaro Cosme Bugarin and found the same thing, no grandparents listed. I need to try and contact J Bugarin and get more info on that line.
Stay in touch and thanks for the names for the Bugarin/ Bracamontes line.
Yolanda

Estimada Prima, It has been very difficult, but I am working very hard at not watching the new "Novellas"...as I would rather be doing research. My husband calls me "Internet momma"...but then again, I find it very relaxing.
We live in Fremont, CA, near San Jose, Ca Where are you?
I have many lines that I have been wanting to submit to the "Ranchos Group", but with my last attempt, Joseph returned my info...I need to put in in a better format...I guess I have just been going in sooo many directions.
I have been wanting to put together information on my siblings...so much to do and so little time.
My parents came from Zacatecas in 1927, they were in Kansas for a few years, then settled in Northern California. Their grandparents all stayed in Zacatecas, so thus the reason I have been able to do so much research.
Hasta Pronto....Saludos, Helyn de Castaneda
