Ramirez /Serendipitous research

I was at the local FHC yesterday to view film #1164746/Valparaiso 
Church Records- Informacion matrimonial, 1904-1907. I was perusing 
the film - wanted to see who was from Astillero, besides my 
grandfather and grandmother, when I came across a record that just 
made me wonder (these are the basics, not finite details because I 
didn't write them down): The bride and groom were both surnamed 
Ramirez; the groom was 24 years old; the bride was a 40-something 
widow; the bride was the sister of the groom's father. Has anyone 
else come across a similar record/situation? I wonder what the story 
is? I know that this isn't exactly what this board is for - but just 
thought I'd share a "research" experience.
