Hi Angie!
Yes,
thanks to your help earlier last year, I was able to fill in some of the
Raigosa lines.
My Correa
line is through my paternal great grandmother, Maria Correa, born 8/1891 in
Tlaltenango.
Her mother
was Maria Antonia Correa. In the
civil registry/birth record, it was said that her father was “unknown’, and
that she would keep
Her maternal
surname of Correa. However in
anther record, they DO list the father as Runaldo Herrera who’s parents were
Pedro Herrera and Maria Lopez)
Maria
Antonia Correa’s parents were Eugenio Correa and Maria Jesus Dorado (I forgot
to put the “Dorado” name on my list) married in
5/1839 in Tepechitlan,
Zacatecas, Mexico. Eugenio was
born in 1819 and Maria Jesus Dorado in 1823, both in Tepechitlan. Maria Jesus Dorado’s parents were
Franco
Dorado and Venancia Estrada.
Eugenio’s parents were Ygnacio Correa and Juliana de la Torre, years not
yet known.
They also
had the following children:
Maria
Ygnacia Correa, b 1821
Maria De
La Trinidad Correa, b 1817
Maria
Basilia Correa, b 1818
Maria
Encarnacion, b 1823
This info
is from the IGI, but I still want to pull the films and recheck.
The
Valenzuela comes from the mother of Remijo Marquez, Maria Antonia Valenzuela,
who married Sinecio Marquez 10/1815.
This is the information I got from you.
Let me
take a look at my files again to make sure all the names are there.
Thanks,
Peggy D

de Sanchez Roman
Peggy,
Tell me more about your Correa and Valenzuela lines. I didn't see
anything in your files on these surnames. I do remember talking to
you about your Marquez and Raigosa lines and we didn't have a match.
Thanks,
Angie
