sorry, but even those with a subscription cannot get more than just the 
reference you saw. It comes from PERSI which is also available on 
ancestry and at your local FHC. I guess if there is an article of 
interest you can google it and find the source and see about ordering 
back copies of the journal/paper.

ps: an inexpensive way to get Heritage Quest is through the Godfrey 
libary: $35 per year. . .good deal! www.godfrey.org
