I'm sorry Maria but I think I'm finally getting the point. The database would be one database where we all have our films in one file so anyone could then easily look at it rather than look at each individuals list for the film they are hunting for. Well Can't this be done by cutting and pasting from one Excel file to the next? I've updated my film list by putting up a very ugly Excel file in the Ranchos2 files area. thanks, joseph |
