OT: Cell Phone Hoax

Just a reminder that when you send a message to the list that has nothing to 
do with the purpose of the list, it's nice to precede the subject line with 
OT (off topic).
Secondly, I usually check everything I receive before I forward it to see 
whether is may be a hoax.  Most of them usually are.  The information about 
cell phone telemarketers is somewhat mixed:
