Hello, Group,
I sent Joseph a recipe for capirotada from New Mexico that I found
online. I also sent him my mother's recipe for capirotada. (Hope he
tries them out and lets us know how he did with them).
I also sent Joseph a paragraph from a website on food history that
describes a Christmas feast given by King Phillip III in early 17th Century
Spain. At each course they served many, many dishes, amongst them
CAPIROTADA and several kinds of EMPANADAS. Joseph asked me to send you the
