License Plates

Speaking of license plates and this is off the subject of geneology. Our van's license plate is ''MI CAMA''. Living in California we get the strangest looks from those who appear to speak spanish be it latinos or non-latinos. We get stopped by people wanting to know if we live in the van or why it is called ''MI CAMA''

When my husband injured his back several years ago and after multiple back surgeries, riding in a car for long periods was difficult for him to do sitting upright so we purchased a van so he could lie down during road trips lasting longer than half an hour or so.

And now I must sign off for the evening to ''MI CAMA'' but not the one outdoors.

My custom license plate is: 1Gnzlz (One Gonzalez) =sounds like Juan Gonzalez. There are four Juan Gonzalez in my great grandfather's line, I am number five. (Boring. Lack of imagination? or just trying to perpetuate the name ?) None of my kids are named John.
