Successful trip.

Hi Mary:

I know that you need time to restore your health about your foot. When you believe that it is good time, and you feel better I'm interested in learning about your "Luna", "García", and "Garza" lines; particularly important to me is the "Luna"; my ancestors, on my mother's side are from San Luis Potosí (in the Northern part of the state: Cedral, Matehuala, Real de Catorce, etc.), my Lunas' ancestors are:

Juana Luna Gomez, born 8 Mar 1862 at Cedral, S. L. P., she was the daughter of Desiderio Luna and Macedonia Zedillo. Desiderio Luna was born about 1822-1828, possibly at Cedral too, he was the son of Valentín Torres and Josefa Luna, and he probably was "hijo natural", because he was born before the marriage of his parents. Josefa Luna was born about 1795-1797 at Real de Catorce, S. L. P.; she was the daughter of Pedro José de Luna and Simona de Sosa.

I know that San Luis Potosí is out of the Ranchos group area, but if you know some of the names above, or if you like, some information about them, you can contact me directly via my e-mail address, so we will not bother the rest of the group.

For the García surname, I have: Magdalena García, born about 1725-1730 at Cedral, S. L. P. Regina Serubia García, born about 1764-1770 at Guadalcázar, S. L. P. Severiano García, born about 1730-1736 also at Guadalcázar. In Nuevo León state, I have many Garcías' individuals.

Regarding to the Garza surname, in my tree, on my father's side, I have many Garzas.

I am sorry; I hope I am not sending you this message at an inopportune time. I hope you have Merry Christmas.

Thank you
JRGL.
