well it looks like a tight race in our Poll. I still need quite a few
to vote (remember only those that have submitted their
genealogies can vote) for this to be a valid Poll. Looks like
the "More Strict" rowdies are starting to catch up to middle of
the road "Stay the same" yahoos and have actually blasted by
the "Less Strict" Liberales. If I had known a vote would stir
the pot as much as its been stirred lately I'da had a poll every week.
. .let me see how about next week I have a poll on if its okay to talk
about Nopales some more as long as its Jalisco, Zacatecas, or
Aguascalientes Nopales that are prepared using recipes handed down from
at least a G-grandparent? Actually I'm so so so badly needing a big
plato de Menudo that I can just imagine the taste. But I can't
introduce a topic on this because my favorite Menudo was cooked by my
Mom and she came from Chihuahua along with her roots going back to
Spain. Seems to me that my dad's side [Jalisco, Zacatecas] of the
family couldn't touch Chihuahua when it comes to Menudo. But let me not
stray to far off topic just say look on for the Poll results -
You can only vote if you have already
submitted your genealogy, but even if
you haven't you can still influence by
giving your opinion via an email to the
group (freedom of speech).
Question: Should the requirements for
being a member of Ranchos be More Strict
(have your genealogy in hand to submit
before being accepted into the group);
the same as now; or less Strict?
I will not change anything unless 75% of
the permanent members vote and if I get
60% of those voting to vote for one of
the choices.
Your vote is shown above. You can change your vote until the poll is
concluded.
