Did you try putting a “7” in
the office number? I looked at the instruction page, and they had a “7”
in the office box.
Are you needing, a certified copy for your
grandmother, or do you just need a copy for your record?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Civil Register
Hi there. I checked this web site to order a certified copy of my
Grandmother, but unfortunately you need to enter
an office number,
which I don't have a clue what this is. I couldn't
go any further.
Anyone knows how to bypass this?, since I have no
information of
any "office" that they are requesting.
Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
