sorry but that URL gave a familiar 404, but if you keep shortening it
you'll eventually be redirected to:
http://www.e-local.gob.mx/wb2/
you get there when shortening it to:
http://www.e-local.gob.mx
on the left side is the list of the different states with various pages. I was disappointed that Aguascalientes only had one page on their list.
thanks for commenting on something I sent in. . . .and thanks for the motivation to make additions to the "Pueblos on the web" folder.
