Carol,

I use PAF 5, which I downloaded from the Familysearch (the LDS 
website).  The product is free. You can't beat that!  This version 
follows the Microsoft standard interface.  So, if you are familiar 
with the use of Microsoft products, you will not have too hard of a 
time learning to use this product.  People become accustomed to the 
product they learn to use first, so each person will have a 
preference for one product over the other.  I reccomend this one 
because it is free, and I've been able to produce every kind of 
report I've ever had a need for.

All the files I have uploaded to this website have been produced 
using PAF 5.
