Historian Steven Hernandez, completed his thesis on the topic of the Cristero Rebellion. He will be sharing data, documentations, and stories found during his investigation of that time period.

I will be doing a Powerpoint presentation covering the history of the poor relations between the Mexican State and the Catholic Church, the Cristero War in full detail, and its aftermath.  Following the historical presentation I will be showing various clips of "The Cristiada" a wonderful documentary narrated by Jean Meyer, the foremost expert on the Cristiada.
