Nochistlan Procesos Matrimonial ???

I was looking up to see what films were available for Nochistlan, Zacatecas
and came across the following:

Procesos matrimoniales 1676-1762 -  
VAULT INTL Film  [ 226933  ]
Procesos matrimoniales 1763-1804 -  VAULT INTL Film  [ 226934  ]

Now Matrimonios I know and Informacion Matrimonial I know, but Procesos Matrimoniales
I don't know.

So can someone in the know let me know what kind of info is found in these
records and how its different from the other two?
