I'm Back/Caution Urged

Hi all,

I just got back from a very successful 4 day visit to CA. It was soooo 
packed with activity most of it genealogy related. . .I visited with 
family. I must have spend 100-150 bucks at kinko's using their 99cent 
photo printer. And like puzzlework I was getting my money worth getting 
up to 9 pictures on each 8.5 x 11 pages.

Just wanted to share my concern that everyone on the list be very aware 
that when you reply to a message that comes to you from the list (hint: 
it has this in the subject: [ranchos]). Well if you reply to a message 
with this in the subject it will go to everyone in the list. So if you 
want to send a private email to someone that might have replied to your 
message you have to cut and paste their email into the [To:] window.
thats what the group is all about to send out messages to the whole group.

so unless you really intend for the whole group to have things like your 
personal information never send it out to emails with [ranchos] in the 
subject line.
. . .on the other hand if you are sending a private email to someone and 
want them to know its private don't cut and paste the same subject 
wording because its going to contain the [ranchos] dead give away in it.
