Luz has helped me for free on several occasions, going so far as to tell me 
what cities my clan could be found in a particular generation and offering 
historical information about Jalisco and Zacatecas.  She does charge for 
specific family research, however, and I have not yet used her services for 
this purpose.    A couple of years ago she was excited to message with me 
for free, offering lots of advice,  but my Spanish is slow and inadequate.
