Another person who can help the group with dispensas is my friend, 
Nadine Vásquez.  Unfortunately, I can't ask her to join the group 
because she doesn't use a computer.  However, she co-authored a book 
on Dispensas Matrimoniales and is a wealth of information on that 
subject and Mexican genealogy in general.  She's been doing genealogy 
research since 1964.
